📅 Working Days: Sunday – Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)

LifeArk is a registered recruitment company in Japan with the mission of helping highly qualified foreigners to build their career in Japan. LifeArk also provide Japanese Language training to the candidates through their Japanese Language learning platform 「LifeArk にほんご」. 
Employment and local operations are under Orbion Limited, Bangladesh (partner of LifeArk) that handles IT development and training operations.

💼 Position Overview  
We are seeking an expert-level React Native Developer with strong full-stack engineering experience and the ability to lead projects end-to-end — from system architecture to database and backend to React Native front-end delivery.  You will play a key role in architecting and developing our mobile app and guiding the technical roadmap of LifeArk にほんご.
You’ll work directly with our Japan-based product team to build the next-generation learning experience.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities  
•⁠  Develop, deploy, and maintain the LifeArk にほんご React Native app within a 3-month target period. 
•⁠  Architect, design, and implement scalable back-end and database structures. 
•⁠  Collaborate closely with Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, and fellow Engineers to ensure technical solutions meet product goals. 
•⁠  Ensure app performance, reliability, and clean modular code. 
•⁠  Lead technical planning, code review, and documentation processes. 
•⁠  Mentor junior engineers and maintain development best practices.

 🧠 Required Skills & Experience  
•⁠  6+ years of experience in software development. 
•⁠  3+ years experience leading a development team. 
•⁠  Strong expertise in React Native, Node.js / Express, and REST / GraphQL API design. 
•⁠  Solid understanding of MySQL / MongoDB database design. 
•⁠  Experience in system architecture and scalability planning. 
•⁠  Excellent communication & problem-solving skills. 
•⁠  Proven ability to independently own a product from concept to release. 
•⁠  Familiar with CI/CD, Git workflow, and app publishing (Play Store / App Store).

 🌟 Nice to Have  
•⁠  Experience with TypeScript, NestJS, or Next.js. 
•⁠  Familiarity with AWS / Firebase / GCP infrastructure. 
•⁠  Understanding of Japanese culture or JLPT study platforms.

📋 Employment Terms
•⁠  ⁠Contract: Full-time under Orbion Limited 
•⁠  ⁠Probation: 3 months (performance review after probation) 
•⁠  ⁠Paid Leave: 10 days per year (after probation) 
•⁠  ⁠Government Holidays: As per Bangladesh government calendar 
•⁠  ⁠Yearly Performance Bonus: 0–100% of one month’s base salary (after 1 year) 
•⁠  ⁠All employment terms follow Bangladesh Labour Law.
