💼 Position Title: Product Manager + Project Manager (Dual Role)

💰 Salary: Gross 90,000+ BDT/month
📅 Working Days: Sunday – Thursday (Friday & Saturday weekly holidays)
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Employment and local operations are under Orbion Limited, Bangladesh (partner of LifeArk) that handles IT development and training operations.

🚀 Position Overview
We seek a hands-on, experienced Product Manager + Project Manager to lead both product strategy and project execution for online gamified Japanese Language Learning Platform 「LifeArk にほんご」. 
The role will focus on driving monetization, international growth, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🧩 Product Management
•⁠  ⁠Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business and growth goals. 
•⁠  ⁠Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather user feedback. 
•⁠  ⁠Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and feature specs in English. 
•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with UI/UX, development, and marketing teams for feature delivery. 
•⁠  ⁠Develop strategies for user acquisition, retention, and monetization. 
•⁠  ⁠Track KPIs (DAU, retention, conversion, revenue) and make data-driven decisions.

🧭 Project Management
•⁠  ⁠Lead a cross-functional team (developers, designers, content creators, QA, etc.). 
•⁠  ⁠Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly progress reviews, and sprint retrospectives. 
•⁠  ⁠Plan milestones and deliverables in line with stakeholder expectations. 
•⁠  ⁠Manage timelines, risks, and ensure smooth communication between teams in Japan and Bangladesh. 
•⁠  ⁠Maintain project schedules, documentation, and progress reports.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
•⁠  ⁠6+ years of combined experience in Product and Project Management. 
•⁠  ⁠Proven record of leading teams of 6 or more members. 
•⁠  ⁠Strong written and verbal English communication skills. 
•⁠  ⁠Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 
•⁠  ⁠Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
•⁠  ⁠Familiar with tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, Asana, or ClickUp. 
•⁠  ⁠Understanding of UI/UX design principles and data-driven product decisions. 
•⁠  ⁠(Preferred) Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or subscription-based products. 
•⁠  ⁠(Preferred) Experience working with Japanese or international clients.

📋 Employment Terms
•⁠  ⁠Contract: Full-time under Orbion Limited 
•⁠  ⁠Probation: 3 months (performance review after probation) 
•⁠  ⁠Paid Leave: 10 days per year (after probation) 
•⁠  ⁠Government Holidays: As per Bangladesh government calendar 
•⁠  ⁠Yearly Performance Bonus: 0–100% of one month’s base salary (after 1 year) 
•⁠  ⁠All employment terms follow Bangladesh Labour Law.
